OnlineQuestions.org is an
online tool to ask and upvote questions during large lectures, classes, meetups, or conferences.
It is free-of-charge, easy-to-use, anonymous (requires no login or registration), and is ad-free.
An interactive event session is simply created
by opening the web page OnlineQuestions.org and pressing the Admin button.
The speaker chooses a unique event number and an administrative password. No registration is required. The
unique event number must be at least 5 digits long (more digits are recommended).
During the event, the audience members open the web page
OnlineQuestions.org with any internet accessible device,
enter the unique event number, and press the Enter
button. Now, they can submit a new question by pressing the New button. A dialog appears to enter the question text.
Furthermore, different colors for the question container can be selected.
Because no personal login is required, it is ensured that the questions are anonymous.
Submitted questions are visible to all participants of the event. Thus, no confidential information should be entered.
Note, that someone external, who guesses the unique event number, might also access the question data.
However, such a coincidence is very unlikely. If more data protection is required, an event number with 9 or more digits
should be chosen during the creation of the event.
Own questions and questions by other audience members can be upvoted by clicking on the colored question container.
By default, the questions are sorted by the number of received votes (but other sorting criteria can be selected as well).
After the event, the speaker has the option to directly swipe all question data.
15 days after the content of the event was last modified, all data is automatically deleted.
